Landlord certs £70.00

Full days labour which is classed between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 is £200.

Emergency call out charge is £60 and £30 every hour thereafter. On bigger jobs, a free quote would always be given.

Boiler installations
We recommend Vaillant Eco Tec boilers. These are A rated, high efficiency condensing boilers as recommended by Which magazine. A straight forward combi boiler swap installation based on a Vaillant boiler, is around £1500. A free detailed quote would always be given.
