George's quote was competitive with a single quote covering labour, the new Vailant machine and a wireless control panel. There were no hidden extras. He was able to start within a couple of days, arrived on time and was done in a day. When we were unhappy with the look of some external pipes he came back and replaced them with more suitable pipes. The one issue we had was a delay in having an external thermostat and control panel fitted, this was caused by a problem getting the part so there was probably nothing he could have done, and the boiler worked perfectly in the meantime anyway.

I can not rate them high enough. We were desperate and had been living without heating and hot water for some time. George and the team were quick, efficient and left the house immaculate. Being females we felt that some people had used that to overprice and confuse us, George explained everything clearly and we felt like he had our best intrests at heart. George and William have done a fantastic job for me, putting in a new boiler and hot water tank and altering the pressure so that it all comes straight from the mains in a 5 bedroom house. They worked straight through the day from 8.30 to 6.00 for 3 days, in order to do the job quickly to avoid us having too many days without heating. I was in the house for one day and was impressed to see how well they worked as a team, I then went away for a couple of days and I when returned everything was cleared up and working. I would be happy to recommend them to any future client.

I employed George Clements, on the recommendation of a friend, to move our main bathroom from the back of our house to new location on the same floor. Not only did he carry out the work efficiently and effectively but he proved to be reliable, conscientious, hard working and honest by completing the job within budget and on time.

It was also very helpful that he was able, using his contacts, to complete and supervise the whole job. This included the removal of the old bathroom and conversion of the room back into a bedroom, as well as all the Tiling, decorating, and building of a complete custom made vanitary unit with cupboards drawers and shelves to our specification in the new bathroom.
